The PrestaShop Customer Account Deletion module allows customers to delete their accounts from their PrestaShop store. Customers,[アカウントの削除]tab’s[マイ アカウント]You can delete your account from the section. Therefore, this module allows customers to easily delete their accounts and saves time for administrators.
Note: PrestaShop customer account deletion is compatible with PrestaShop version 8.xx and multi-store functionality.
PrestaShop Features Deletion of customer account
- Allow customers to delete their accounts or request deletion from the My Account section.
- Allow customers to deactivate their accounts.
- Choose the CMS page that appears on your store when a customer clicks the Delete Account tab.
- A confirmation pop-up will be shown to the customer before deleting the account.
- When a customer requests account deletion, an email is sent to the administrator.
How to install PrestaShop Delete customer account
- First, go to the module manager in the back office and click “Upload module”.
- Then drag and drop the module file or select the file from your system.
- In this way, the module installation will be successful.
Deleting PrestaShop customer account configuration
After a successful module installation, an administrator must configure the module.

- Select the account you want to delete.
- Select the CMS page that appears when you delete or request deletion of a customer’s account.
- Allow customers to deactivate their accounts.
Action to delete account
As an admin, you can enable customers to request account deletion or delete it directly from the front end.
Upon successful installation of the module, a new tab “Delete Account” will appear on the customer’s account page.
[アカウントの削除]Click to display the CMS page that your administrator selected in General Settings.
If your administrator chooses to delete your account directly, you will see a button to delete your account. You can delete your account by clicking this button. Also, according to your settings, you will see a deactivate account button on the account deletion page.
Once you click the button, a pop-up will appear on the page asking for your password. After entering your password, click the Delete button to remove your account from the store.
A message will be displayed in the store when you delete it.
If an administrator selects a deletion request in the Account Deletion Action field, the Account Deletion page will display a Deletion Request.
After clicking the button, a pop-up will appear on the page where the customer must enter the reason for account deletion.
After a customer successfully submits a request, an account deletion email is sent to the administrator.
Also, the customer[アカウントの無効化]You can also deactivate your account by clicking the button. After clicking the button, a pop-up will appear on the page asking for customer verification.
Once disabled, a message will appear in the store.
