Do you like to add some sparkle to your artwork? In this simple tutorial we’ll show you how to create your own glitter brush with Procreate. The steps are simple and you can adjust everything to get the perfect shine effect.
How to create a Procreate Glitter brush
Step 1
This is the first step to creating a custom Pro Procreate brush that looks like a sparkle. Follow and when you’re least expecting it, you’ll become a pro who creates glitter brushes from scratch!

I’ll increase it scale It will decrease zoom Just a little. However, change these two settings to make your glitter brush look the best.
Scroll down a bit to change blend mode from I’ll multiply In linear But.
Step 6
Switch to rendering Menu, and then change it intense blend.
Next change blend mode In addition.
The custom propellant brush tutorial is almost complete! Next tap stroke path Menu and reduction interval In 11% and jitter In 68%. This gives our glitter brush a bit rough around the edges, which gives the glitter brush some kind of bokeh effect around it!



Step 7
To really smooth out our breeding glitter brush, you need to go Stable Menu and changes amount In 44%.



Next, go to apple pencil Menu, and Pressure Section, change size In 65% No more than that. This makes the brushes perfect for lettering. Also, don’t forget to turn it Opaque under.



When creating a glitter brush, the best thing you can do is have another brush for lettering and other uses. It really depends on the use you want to give to your custom propelly brush.
Step 8
Finally, I’ll go to Properties Menu, and Brush Action Section, change maximum size In 300%.
