Steps to change your domain name in Magento 2
Changing your domain name in Magento 2 is as easy as updating your base URL.
The steps below are for changing the domain name on a single store Magento 2 site using the admin dashboard. You can also change your domain using . Command line or phpMyAdmin.
1. Go to the main menu of the admin dashboard
2. Go to navigation menu
choose web tab.
3. Open the Base URL submenu.
Click the down arrow to open it.
4. Update the Base URL field.
Update the values by changing the old domain name to the new domain name.
5. Close the Base URL submenu.

7. Click Save Settings.
8. Test your new domain name
