Mobi development team
During the first quarter of 2023, four new teammates began signing with MobiDev, despite the general stagnation in the recruitment process.
Project release
Throughout the first quarter of 2023, the number of delivered releases increased steadily. The total number of project releases reached 188, a new record.
Management indicators
- There were nine new customer contracts in the first quarter, an increase of one compared to the same period last year, with each contract value increasing by 23%. The MobiDev team met these new customers through several key channels. Its primary channel was recommendations from current customers. We would like to thank everyone who recommended our services.
- In the first quarter of 2023, we signed six additional contracts with existing customers, compared to 11 in the same period in the first quarter of 2022. This decline can be attributed to corresponding market changes and the tendency for funds to be directed towards production and marketing or sales activities rather than software development, especially when software products do not form the core of the business.
- The company’s first quarter operating revenue increased 1.1% compared to the first quarter of last year.
- During the first quarter of 2023, many of the new contracts we initiated with both existing and new customers were related to PoC development or AI research. This confirms his two related trends that we envisioned last year. (1) AI has secured the top position as an essential technology. - During this period, the MobiDev PR team was involved in the following events: open it Project management event for students and switchers from Ukraine. In the future, our experts are preparing to participate in the educational events of Kyiv State University REX IT Fest.
- In April, MobiDev organized four charity quizzes for their teammates to raise money. It has become a tradition for us to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, charitable foundations and animal shelters.
